I am starting to cook again and inviting people over after the worst of Covid shut down. The Bonne Femme Cookbook sounds like heaven. Please sign me up for the book giveaway. Thanks!

All these recipes look amazing…beautiful photography! If I have to choose one, it would be the pork chops with mustard caper sauce. Can’t wait to try it!

Salmon with White Wine, Leeks, and Pernod!

Patrica Caulder

Everything looks delicious, but I would probably make the salmon first. Thank you.

Mary Orlin

Such mouthwatering dishes! I make salmon quite often and am always looking for new recipes, so I would make the salmon with white wine leeks and Pernod (which I love). Can’t wait to start cooking!

Salmon with White Wine, Leeks, and Pernod.

Def the fruit tart! Perfect for summer weekends after shopping at the local farmers markets

Patricia Healey

All look delicious. Salmon and pork chops ideal for one, or sharing with friends which I can't wait to do. While both would appeal to my pals, the salmon with white wine, leeks and Pernod gets the nod.

Joe Elliott

Salmon with white wine. Can’t get enough salmon. Please sign me up

I would definitely make the pork chops! I just got back from 2 weeks in France (finally!) which included several days in Dijon. Of course I had to bring some back with me and I'm having a great time with it. I love Wini Moranville's other book and have enjoyed the recipes and writing very much.

Jackie

Salmon with White wine would be the first, followed by the Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce.

Mary Ellen Segraves

I make pizza from scratch every Friday, so I would definitely start with the Pizza Bergere recipe. They all look fabulous!!

Anne Julian

It all looks so scrumptious in the lovely photos that it’s hard to choose! But I think the first thing I would try would be the salmon. It looks elegant and easy as an added bonus! Please sign me up for the cookbook drawing! Than you!

Mary

Excited to try the tart!

Rebecca Bishop

I would love to try the fruit tart! All of it looks delicious!

Lori

they all look delicious - but I would probably try the classic fruit tart first!

Carla

Salmon looks delicious!

Shirley Lewchuk

Pork chops with mustard caper sauce, for sure

Tom Linsley
