As of last week, there was another set of restrictions put in place in Paris to protect against the virus. Now, we are not allowed to travel more than one kilometer from our homes, so now instead of taking my morning walk on the quai on the Seine, I walk up and down the walkway in my courtyard garden. Last Saturday I went out for groceries, and on my corner was a moment of happiness that I captured for you. The cherry blossom trees are in full flower and the pink flowers against the azure sky and the Haussmann buildings is spectacular. I wish you were here to experience it.
I am still waiting for the tree outside my window to bloom.
I would love to stroll the street of Paris now.
Cherry blossoms are my favorite

These photos make me miss Paris something fierce!! I don't know how you do it, Richard, but the pink really pops. Look at all the beauty you have around you in your 1 kilometer walk around the neighborhood. This Boston girl is very happy being able to share your view today! Merci, mon ami!
