I am very excited to announce the launch of my new video series A Bite of Paris, on my YouTube channel, Eye Prefer Paris.
The format of the series is every week I visit either a restaurant, food shop or food market to taste my favorite French foods.
In my first episode, I visit Vins de Pyrennes, a local wine bar, and bistro in the Marais. I won’t tell you here what food I tasted, so I don’t spoil the video for you.
I’ve embedded the video in the blog, but if for some reason you can’t watch it, please click this link.
I would greatly appreciate your feedback and also if you can subscribe to my YouTube channel by clicking on the red subscribe button to receive future videos.
Thanks for watching and stay tuned!

New! Eye Prefer Paris Cooking Classes
I am happy to announce the launch of Eye Prefer Paris Cooking Classes. Come take an ethnic culinary journey with me and chef and caterer Charlotte Puckette, co-author of the bestseller The Ethnic Paris Cookbook (with Olivia Kiang-Snaije). First we will shop at a Paris green-market for the freshest ingredients and then return to Charlotte's professional kitchen near the Eiffel Tower to cook a three-course lunch. After, we will indulge in the delicious feast we prepared along with hand-selected wines.
Cost: 195 euros per person (about $210)
Great idea; of course nothing beats pysically being in Paris.
but you are giving us the next best thing. Am so loking forward to the weekly videos.

Very nice interview with good rapport between you and Florian. When you spoke about the floor tiles I wish the camera had responded with a floor shot. But perhaps no camera man? Glad you posted the street address at the end since "Beautreillis" isn't a household name!
