After my long day on the beach in Etretat, I went to a restaurant facing the sea. I enjoyed a huge pot of local mussels cooked in the most delicious apple cider sauce with little chunks of apple in it along with crispy frites.
I have seen many a beautiful sunset over the years at various beaches including Fire Island, the Hamptons, Key West, Jamaica, Greece, and California. I have to say Etretat had one of the most breathtaking and unusual sunsets I have ever seen. It’s hard to put the description into words, so my photos will illustrate my unforgettable experience. I photographed the sunset two days in a row.

If you don't get these sunset photos into a gallery show or some other forum, you're missing a huge opportunity. These are unique (as far as I know, and I don't know that much about photography ), and extraordinary, and I think a much larger audience should be allowed to see them.

The afterglow photos are amazing. Etretat has really unique light all the time, but you really captured something special here. Incroyable!
