I know very little about the 19th arr. except for the Buttes Chaumont park, which is a lovely park, mostly manmade and mostly unknown to tourists. I had heard about an elevated part of the 19th that was supposed to be unusual. I made my way up a set of stairs and came upon a little hamlet with the most charming houses and well-kept gardens. On one street was a set of buildings that are connected to one another and built at the same time. The doors are similar, but different enough to photograph each one. I know am spoiling you now giving you more than one door the last two months but don't get used t it. I may get stingy again and feature just one next month.
