Here are my series of photos from the Montparnasse tour I did with Daniella which I described yesterday.
One of the most special moments of our tour was when we stopped in a charming dead end alley and captured a terrific shot of a man repairing his shiny, Royal blue vintage Mercedes. We chatted with him for a while and we told him we loved the color of his car and that we never see colors like that anymore in late model cars. He admitted that it was repainted and that he also spent as much time taking care of his car as he would a child.
I hope you liked our he-said/she said/he photographed/she-photographed series of Montparnasse and look forward to your comments.

I also like what your eyes saw with regards to the flowers crammed into the opening of a rusty door and being an ardent photographer of old street lights, my heart beats for the lamp too...
Is that OK?! Salve

Thnaks so much for the Montparnasse refresher! We stayed there our last trip to Paris, and just loved the more neighborhood-y feel of it! Great memories...

I visited Montparnasse Cemetery for the first time two weeks ago. It might not have as many A-listers , but it is not as overwhelming as Pere Lachaise. My favourite is the headstone that looks like a cactus. Do you know anything about that one?
