I have to say the windows at Le Bon Marche are my favorite this year. I love the striking simplicity of them with the colors of blue, pink, orange, and red dramatically changing the landscape every few moments and crystal globes with sparkly baubles inside, on top of mountains of snow.

Thanks for the pics of Le Bon Marche. They made me wax nostalgic for the way it looked in 1978 and 1979, when I lived close by.
It really merited its name then, which means as you know " To the Cheap, The store was like a bargain fair, especially the rez-de-chaussee
A gobble de gook of merchandise: you could find: burlap bags of spices, millinery , artificial flowers, porcelain blanche, men's sox, cosmetics and hand bags of
course, cameras, an exhaustive rayon of stationery,( they were always excellent on that), mercerie , ladies undergarments ,gloves, shoes, and maybe more.....
