There is nothing quite as beautiful as the rosebushes in full bloom in Paris in the springtime. I spotted these sumptuous rosebushes sprouting their flowers in the most breathtaking shades of pink I have ever seen, in the park behind Notre Dame. The bottom three photos of the orange roses are from Square Georges Cain in the Marais on the rue Payenne.

One of the best parts of our tour in 2008 was the lovely pocket park you took us to in the Marais, just full of heavenly scented roses. Now I will seek them out whenever I visit.
