As you know, this will be an historic election no matter the turnout. Whoever you vote for, it will make a profound difference for the future of our country and the world. But the question is, what kind of difference do you want to make.
If you vote for one candidate, he will follow in the same downward path we've been on for the last 8 years: A senseless, world damaging war with no end in site with thousands of soldiers dying and also bankrupting our country, one out of every 6 people either defaulting on their mortgages or losing their homes, an economic crisis that is close to the Great Depression, a high unemployment rate, sky high gas prices with no plans for alternative fuels, and a country that has lost the respect of the rest of the world.
If you vote for the other candidate, he has a clear, concise, plan of action to repair the damage that has eroded the fiber of our great nation and will lead us to a brighter and better future, while bringing class and integrity back to the White House. His strong leadership and vision will have people believe that the American dream is still attainable and if we all work hard and think smart, we can still make it happen.
So I ask the question again, What kind of difference do you want to make?
Even though I live in France and have no immediate plans to move back to the U.S., I will always be an American. I am proud to be one and I love my country and the remarkable life it provided me with before I moved here.
I usually choose things from my heart but I am definitely voting with my head and my smarts.
I hope you choose the candidate that will make the urgent changes desperately needed and who will bring our country back to its glory as still the greatest nation in the world.
So go out and VOTE today!
