On the Ave. Rapp in the 7th arr. near the Eiffel Tower is Square Rapp. The highlight is the art Nouveau building on the left side designed by architect Jules Lavirotte, built in 1900. I love the ornate style and rich architectural details plus the lovely garden in the middle of the square.

Square Rapp is the site of one hilarious scene in Woody Allen's early film, directed by Clive Danner, "What's New, Pussycat". That and the fact that is a masterpiece of Art Nouveau architecture make it a pilgrimage destination for many. Evitez les Contrefacons.
